Thanks guys. I will be attending class starting Feb 16. Just passed my DOT physical this morning. Next week take permit test.
I live in the Carolinas my recruiter made it sound as if I would be picking my truck up somewhere in this region, perhaps at the terminal in Charlotte or Atlanta. Sounds like the luck of the draw.
Did you guys trucks have inverters installed already. If not where you able to get one installed in a timely manner? I don.t want to live out of the truck stops.
How are the trainers to work with? I have not heard aything bad about Roehls. I have read horror stories from drivers of other companies.
Thanks again.
Pickin' your rig?

You will get a truck from the driver who recently quit. They will not give you are a brand new truck, but getting one with APU is very likely. But as cleverly was pointed above, one with poorly installed or regulated APU is worse than one without.
I've got mine after a smoker. My God, if I ever have to do it again, I will absolutely not take it.Also worth noting that there should be a new mattress put in your truck.
Gary has them you just have to ask for a new mattress.
