What's worse is I've actually been at the shipper with bills in hand get to truck and message load cancelled, work assignment removed yet I already hit arrived and I have the load. I call in and ask what happened they said shipper cancelled load we will pay you VNU I ask why it cancelled they said they did not know cs says shipper cancelled. I tell them I already have paperwork and I'm hooked to trailer about to leave. Silence, put on hold for 30 minutes or so during which a company driver pulls up and asks if I have load so and so I said yes he called in. They tried to have me come out from under it tried being the key word, they wouldn't pay me the full rate to unhook so I didnt. Took 2 hours to fix their f up.

I stayed under load and documented it all. I told them they're unethical and I was told maybe my business isn't a good fit for them......lol

 

Schneider choice program sucks..........

What permit fees?
I guess they're taking more?
Maybe gonna take the years permit fees at 1 time?

Anybody know anything about this?

 

I know somebody else they canceled their lease for telling them the same thing when the same thing happened to them... Schneider national carriers is unethical in every shape of the word

 

I've heard the same thing happens when you ask to see the full rate sheets, suddenly your business is no longer a good fit...

 

Man, those are just the stories I love to hear about. Good For you!!

 

This is the reason they flooded the program with ignorant company drivers... And yes I have run across many of them... They don't care how bad they are getting screwed because as long is they can pick their own loads and run as fast as they want their happy-go-lucky... I mean talk about ignorance at all time levels
