This is the 1st time in all my years here I've ever seen this.

 

They keep taking more and more out of the load pay, and then insult you by charging more fees...

 

Sni is run by crooks...namely Lofgren

 

I couldn't agree more.

 

I remember years ago when i was with sni and Lofgren was just taking the reins and he was in Carlisle and he had some words for some ic's then and the ic's told him what they think of him...he essentially told the Ic's, they had attitude problems and drivers were the problem...when don Schneider ran that co, drivers were priority because he knew if you take care of the drivers they will in turn do the same and everyone makes money...lofgren is as anti driver as there is...

 

To be fair - Lofgren isn't anti driver, he's pro getting rich and amassing power. The rank and file at corporate have as high a turnover as drivers. We've created such a strict command structure with rigid controls as to who can do what that we've changed our slogan from "all we sell is service" to "that's not my job".

 

When I was still weighing my options for staying one more year, they told me I would need $5k down to “upgrade”. Upgrade to what? A truck that was identical aside from the TripPac APU? I completed my three years without missing a payment or a scheduled servicing, and they wanted five grand down for another Cascadia?

Uh, no.

 

Which in turns he don't give a #### about driver or employees...even customers for that matter...it's amazing he isn't gone yet

 

As long as hes making money for those who own the company, he stays. Stock price is up over 50% in the last year.

 

I know this is an old post but thats some good stuff you have going on and hope you still getting it done.✔
