The headset is not a big deal and you can use your own fuel card. You don’t have to use schneider fuel card.

 

not so much the no Bluetooth cell phone device. But everything else really.

 

I agree that the headset in and of itself isn't a big deal, but I think it says something about the culture of the company. If a company requires ICs to not wear headsets or drive governed trucks, it may not be that relevant on the surface, but it shows that the company has a lack of trust in its ICs to conduct themselves in a safe and professional manner without nannying. That gives me pause.

 

I want to use the Schneider fuel card.
I heard if I just go to PFJ I get massiv discount. $0.46

You'll get the major discount at PFJ. Only a minimal discount at the others.
The fuel discount is $0.10 more in the 4 western states

 

Who told you the trucks are governed? They told you incorrectly.

 

Isn't there some website you can use and pay a membership for some cheaper gas solutions? I forgot the name of it.. N something
