    Ok,
    1. They're doing this to give us more options.
    2. They WILL NOT pull a booked load from an IC to put it on a company driver.
    3. Once you go over to the new program, you can't go back to the old one.
    4. Most likely at some point down the road, everyone will be on it. But they're going to give it some time.
    5. We'll have access to a lot of freight that we previously did not.....spot market, dedicated, etc.

    Looks ok to me. I'm gonna jump this week. I'll let y'all know how it turns out

    Why would you not have access to that freight on the current board....?

    Am I missing something...? It sounds like they just got rid of the 65% of linehaul plus accessories...?

    That's why you work for them and
    Not the other way around.

    You'll just have to take whatever they
    Want to give you and be happy with it.
    You have no say or leverage in anything.

    Let’s see .... we can’t show you spot market freight or some contract freight on your existing board and contract.

    But if you sign a new contract that doesn’t say you get 65% of linehaul and you agree to voluntarily go on the new board we can show it to you.......accurate?

    P.S.and all new hires aren’t going to have a choice, they will be on the new board.

    P.P.S.S. If you’ve had ever taken care of someone who just had a stem cell transplant you’d find out what busy really is.......

    The account I'm running right now has a complicated pay structure. If a truck works at all, there is a basic charge, then we get paid on the total number of loads hauled on that day, and there is some kind of mileage component. So figuring out 65% of what one load pays is not possible.
