Hey FW text me again my phone is messin up left and right.
I just set a new record for myself this week, Lots of hard work and long days but it pays off

 

So, here I am at an oc and this ic driver starts talking about how the new contract is void because it says we are dispatched in it and how he only signed the first page of the icoa contract and nothing else, and how we are now being dispatched according to the new verbiage on the crossroads website before you get to the load board. So every place he said it said dispatch I couldn't find it and he just starts arguing how that's what's implied by it now and that if they giving us a preassignment now when we schedule time off how that is being forced dispatched now. When I ask him again to show me where it says the word dispatch he just tells me I don't understand and am ignorant when it comes to reading contacts.

It's moments like these where I just want to and then ask myself why do I try and argue with . I should never go into an oc when I am at 3 in the morning, I get sucked in and don't realize it until an hour passes by. All I ran in for was to brush my teeth.
