Doubt it. Driver of the pickup truck was cited for driving on a SUSPENDED LICENSE(more than likely for no insurance or a DUI)meaning she wasn’t even supposed to be behind the wheel in the first place! And I’m pretty sure they’ll cite her for this accident as well.And in Indiana for something like this they can label you as a “habitual offender” in your driving record. So whatever ambulance chasing lawyer(s) she tries to get is gonna look at her case at shake their heads!

 

That was a joke about trk driver being in the way. all this reflective tape is great. But the vast majority of rear end crashes are due to impaired driving. Kinda like saving the dummy and knuckle heads from their fate, or trying to. Look at all the warning labels. Don't use the hair drier in the shower, don't put your fingers under the mower deck while running, on and on. My point is , if you as a person are prone to risky behavior, then eventually your going to self destruct anyway. There is a cure for ignorance, but not for stupid.
