So does Walmart. Why aren't you angry with Walmart as well? And what's the crap product they deliver? A place for you to park? Coca-Cola? Hot dogs? A Subway? I'm having a hard time finding where the crap product is. Can you walk into a 7-11 and get a FREE shower and possibly FREE food by simply buying fuel? No. I didn't think so. With the magical little Pilot card, if you fuel, they give you showers. If you fuel, they give you points good towards merchandise in the store. If you buy 5 cups of coffee, you get the next one free. If you buy 9 combo meals, you get the 10th free. Where is the crap product again??

Why don't we start with not enough staff to run their outlets properly. Then, go outside on a hot day, and inhale. If the smell of stale urine doesn't floor you, I'd suggest you should visit a ENT specialist.

How is piss their fault??? That's ANY truckstop and even a lot of rest areas. That's the drivers. Not the company. Ill give you the not enough staff but that everywhere anymore. But a bunch of lazy pigs pissing all over the lot? Talk to your fellow drivers about that crap.

Thats where u r wrong. The smaller t/s will give u a free shower and free coffee EVERYTIME u fuel. That includes filling up ur thermos. That is service in my opinion. Be safe out there drivers.

Been at the smaller ones where they have the free shower and I would not even take my clothes off in it. As far as coffee, do not drink it and see no benefit.

First part, absolutely. Second part....that's our own ###### fault as a "profession". Take a good deep breath in most any rest area and you'll suffer the same fate.

I've contacted Pilot corporate on several occasions regarding under-staffing, especially overnight. Battle Creek, MI last year: one...ONE...female employee in the store at 3AM. Made my blood boil. Similar situation several months back, though I can't bring up where it was.

I have never taken a shower in a dirty shower. I dont know where u have been going to, but obviously its the wrong places. U talk like ALL smaller t/s are nasty. People like u are the reason alot of the better t/s's go out of business. Talk to ANY bullhauler and ask them the same. And...YES I do shower every day. Im not no delicate flower and in need of the ritz. Only need a shower stall and toilet and sink, all cleaned. Thats it. Im not planning on living there. The smaller businesses are still the true backbone here in america, but we still have people in this country bad-mouthing and telling lies about those honest and hard-working people. That is a true shame. Be safe out there drivers.

Well when you go into the shower and the floor is covered with the remnants of the bull hauler who stepped in every thing. You quickly decide whether it was worth it or not.

If you order your food PLAIN, you expect to get it that way. Not with lettuce and mayo and tomatoes because they think that is plain.

If I want to eat from a truck stop, I prefer it to be a consistent menu.

    Yes, I did.

They took it in the back and scraped off the mayo and brought it back out. Still on the bun.

Said if I wanted it plain I should have been more specific and if I wanted it any different than what they provided to me, I would have to buy another one.

I keep condiments in my truck. I have food allergies, onions are the worst.
