I sat for 10 minutes on the scale waiting for this guy to come out. The driver behind me was yelling at me about sitting on the scale until he realized someone parked in front of me.

Did you show him who's boss? Hehehe

I usually just pull off the scale and then go block a fuel pump. Then I come back out and adjust my tandems on the fuel island for 10 minutes or so.
I'm just kidding.

That happened to me at the Pilot in Atlanta. But then again, its not like you have a whole lot of options to park there to begin with.

I was at that pilot this morning and I tried to go around the fuel islands by going on the scale and ended up sitting on the scale because someone was parked in front of the scale. That place is a bad to go to to scale a load or get fuel!!

Most Pilots are tiny. If all the drivers pulled up 10 ft past the nifty yellow line, nobody would be going anywhere.
The best fuel islands are the ones that have NO room to pull up. Inevitably some idiot pulls up and blocks everybody's way out.
