Rebuilt...... engine redone replacing only the parts that have failed or verging on failure. You could wind up with one piston/liner replaced out of 6 or 1 injector out of a set, etc.

Reman..... all parts replaced with new and returned to new spec. Usually uses your block, heads (unless they've been damaged).

Drop In..... factory new engine. Does not usually include "accessories' like turbo, water/fuel pumps, etc, etc.

We all are learning every time Mr Haney posts. Too bad more can't be as knowledgable, forthcoming, competent in this industry and society in general.

    Mr. Haney Thanks this.

It is very possible and being done every day. I click off 6.2 consistently with my ride and a 800+ HP tune...but it's by Bully Dog. I am positive PDI can do the same.

    Christensen Thanks this.

Must be the same guy that said a cabovers cant do over 6mpg also. LoL

IIRC, I think Mr Haney does a decent amount over 6 running over 1000hp.

It's true...the Turd-blower 3000 and Air Suck helped me obtain these great numbers.:biggrin_25526: I could probably do better if I took out my tune and threw on a Meltdown Box.:biggrin_25512: On second thought...I'll just stick with my current set up and laugh at all the snake oil hype.

    Christensen Thanks this.
