I figure I picked up about .4mpg or so... how much you actually pick up imo will vary depending on how old and plugged up the one you have now is

I picked up close to .5 on my CAT with the Donaldson mufflers, bought them from Ryder Fleet Parts.

Look in the "Trucks [eighteen wheelers] section. This question has been asked quite a few times, and it even has links to the exact mufflers thru Ryder Fleet for like $85 a piece!

Yes, buy the Donaldson mufflers. They are actually the SAME EXACT mufflers as the Pitt Powers (same stampings and the Pitt mufflers even say DONALDSON on them) but they mark them up substantially. I put a set of free-flow Donaldson's on my C-15 and I avg a .3mpg gain, but the old one's had 667k miles on them and were very much plugged up.
