I'm trying to figure this out too. I need to know at what weight limit do you need to use a UN number? I know on all bulk packaging like totes for example you need to display the placard with a UN number whether they are empty or full. But for normal packaging non bulk like drums your saying I can just use the regular placard without numbers provided they are under 8800 pounds?

I know this thread is old, BUT if you are placarded for Flammable Gas, and also have non flammable gas, the flammable gas placard covers the non flammable gas. no need for a non flammable gas placard.
