It would be classified as limited quanity hazmat anyways and wouldn't need to be placard. I think.

Ultimately it comes down to what the shipper provided on the BOL. Over 100 proof will burn, but it is up to the shipper to provide all hazmat info. If there is none on the BOL, and no labels on opposing sides of the cases as required for hazmat shipments, no placards are needed.
