I'm with Chinatown, check Craigslist. I often see lots of good gigs on there. Only problem is good local gigs are scarce and usually go the utmost experienced and drivers with perfect track records. In these times companies can afford to be picky and there are many good drivers to choose from when it comes to people wanting local gigs.
