Check the resistance on a pin 26 ACM and pin 3 by the sensor on a plug. Ignition key off.

There’s one more connection point between all the sensors on dpf and ACM and pin 6 is Signal from dpf differential pressure sensor. Measure resistance both ways to the ACM and to the sensor, wiggle the cable at the same time might help. Ignition key off.

ok...first things first. measured resistance from acm to dpf pressure sensor. 5v supply had no resistance, sensor wire had no resistance, I could make no connection from pin #2 on sensor to pin 24 at acm
nevermind...its 54 at acm not 24Last edited: May 22, 2019

Any progress with your truck???

I have given up! I drive the truck cause I cant afford not to. It asks for a parked regen about every other day. good for about 500 miles. soot will shoot to 110% regen occasionally back to 85% until something throws it off and it shoots up and asks for parked regen.
Newto Trucking Thanks this. -
Does anyone know if I can just swap ACM's without any programming? There is one at the local truck yard, same year and model truck, cheap enough that its worth trying to swap if nothing is needed at dealer.
