After forced regeneration does the soot level drops to zero?? If they used FSX cleaning machine big yellow thing I can find you baseline numbers.
-
Reading your first post, you measured with manual gauge back pressure at 1.3 psi and filter being 80% clogged = your filter is good. Did you measure before the doc or where you tap in with a gauge???

We verified the diff pressure sensor reading by running a backpressure test.

I would have to contact the cleaning company to to See what machine they used, I do not know off hand.

The soot level goes to 10% after a forced regen

As far as temp sensor, you got me thinnking a bit. I went back to check my sheets, but the only sheet I have regarding temps was when we were verifiyng egr stuff. These numbers are with the truck off, had been off for a bit by now:
Oil Temp:64
Coolant Temp:63
Air Temp:55.3
EGR Temp:51.3
Engine exhaust gas temp:108.3
DPF intake temp:131
DPF outlet temp:72 -
There lies your answer. Do a DPF tune up = all 3 temperature sensors and a differential pressure sensor.
