Phase 2 trainer is not a trainer. Cheap labor for lease op is all it is. They are just given the title trainer.

not trying to be mean....but he has NO BUSINESS training...NONE....zip...nadda......
Ghost Ryder and 379exhd Thank this. -
I do agree. Blind leading the blind. I know a guy that is going there right now and he is getting placed on another truck with one of his classmates to team up with for the phase 2 training. That is even worse. 2 people with 30 days driving team loads.

Most companies require 6 months min. If you can hang in there till then you will have more options. Good Luck.

How about we stop patronizing the guy for being a trainer with only four months experience. Yes it's ridiculous, but it's England's way and it is what it is. This driver came on here asking for help, not to be criticized because of what England does. For the OP, it generally isn't a great idea to leave a company so soon, but seeing as it's England we're talking about, I think most carriers would probably understand. Do some research to find what companies are near you that would treat you better and put in some applications. Whatever you do, make sure you leave England on a professional level. They may be scum, but they're scum that can throw a big wrench in your chances at getting on with another carrier. Good luck with your search.
