It never hurts to have it in your pocket. You never know what might come along.

If Admiral Zheng He hadn't had a spirit of adventure the Chinese wouldn't have discovered America in 1421.
If an aquaintance of mine hadn't had a spirit of adventure and risk, he wouldn't have thrown away that good union job with Yellow Freight and started his own trucking company. Sold it for a few million then started another one and now has a over a hundred trucks running the interstates.Montgomery Thanks this. -

Starbucks Now before you loose that opportunity.
You might not ever get the route you want at the other place.
You might also get real tired of humping cases, what then?.futbol31 Thanks this. -
70 thousand a year and a union job. Don't be silly. Take that job. Build up a nest egg. Take that extra 20 thousand a year and put it in the bank.

$16 an hour is crap. I couldn't support myself on that let alone a woman and child. You might as well get the Starbucks job.

I've talked it over with my wife. She says she'll support me no matter what. I'm at 80% that I want to switch jobs. Hard decision! I have until Tuesday to decide. Thanks for the replies!

I love to hustle and work fast. This beer job I start around 5am and get out when I'm done. Off weekends. So i get good family time. Now with this starbucks job its afternoon/evening/night shift. There isn't a set schedule at first. Its a 7 day operation facility and I may be scheduled weekends.
