Please I need help understanding the drug test

Iam new into trucking, just had my CDL few days ago .
I found a company offering me a job and they say , they are going to drug test me by hair for over 180 behind.. iam fine with that no problem..

my doses with drugs ( coke & alcohol) with these last 180 days
new year eve 0.3 gram of coke and drinks
1/20/2021 0.2 gram and drinks
2/20/2021 0.4 gram or less and drinks
3/20/2021 0.4 gram or less and drinks

I don’t smoke at all and I only drink through these exact dates .

I didn’t know that am going to go through my CDL any time soon , my life changed so quick till I found myself today with my CDL on my hands.

Since my last dose I cut my hair 2 times and my hair grow again to normal levels.

can please someone explain to me the consequences that may happen if I fail the drug test .?

But you think keeping myself clean for last 70 days before the exam and cutting my old hair twice who is toxic will not letting me pass .. or even doing my own exam by any near by lab ?
