    The driver did some minor damage to our property when pulled in our parking lot to turn around at 4:30am and I not know the logo of the truck to inform the company

    Well, who was the genius that planted all that landscaping in the way of commercial trucks? I really get so sick of stupid site planning, but then it's MY fault when I deliver your junk and crap gets tore up because your layout is all wrong.

    Oh, now you have a legit complaint. It's going to be hard to track her down. Best put a chain up across the drive with some florescent tape hanging off every couple feet for visibility. It will happen again, if you don't block it.
