If I'm fueling in Toomsuba, MS or Toms Brook, VA, I usually plan on marking that as my 30 min break because it takes that long to just get to the pump.

How about the posers that pull in backwards into the fuel island even though there are all kinds of signs that say do not enter? That seems to be happening more often nowadays.
mattbnr Thanks this. -
Problem is that I have said stuff to drivers that block the fuel isle for 30 minutes or more and then you get to see a driver act like a child. They lie about how they couldn't pull forward because they were blocked, even though I saw the guy walk in when no one was in front of them. Or they start complaining about the long line in the restaurant, or that there was no parking anywhere. Of course it would be nice if we could find the guy in the restaurant and ask him to move but you never know who he is until he comes out to get in the truck. I agree that cutting airlines is not the answer but you could pop the supply line off the trailer so they get inconvenienced when they get back to the truck.

I walked into the Arby's at a Loves I stopped at on I-40 a couple of days ago, in my military voice piped up and said "Ladies and gentlemen may I have your attention please, if you are a professional driver and your truck is parked in the fuel islands and you are in this part of the building, you are a lazy ####### who is no good at your job, and you need to go find a job at a cubicle farm somewhere!"

LOL--yeah for all the changes Whiteys hasnt changed much--still cant pull up in front of island--got leave truck there and walk in--still the same set up as back when it was all full service--AND they parked your truck for you if you wanted!

Truck stops offering full service and parking makes sense. Like that scene from Convoy where rubber duck parks at the fuel island and the attendant took over them later he brings the waitress back to his rig and it's parked. I doubt he'd bang a waitress on the fuel island. That sounds more like a steering wheel holder move lol!
I always put steels tavern lol. I'm guessing it really doesn't matter since they are close together. -
I've saw that. It's mostly due to the person ordering the truck with the DEF tank on the right side of the truck, when every DEF pump is on the left side of the trucks.
I will probably be one to do that, this year where I find DEF pumps. New truck with DEF tank on the right side.

Now that's the kind of revenge I like.Better then the ideas some of the others have.
