Working for two mega-carriers at the same time? Wow. No wonder you're having a bad day.

Only working for one right now. Just leasing the tractor from Prime. My issue and headache is Schneider doesn't care about there trailers at all and you end up loosing time and money waiting for a trailer to get fixed. They do nothing to make the drivers accountable when they say the trailer is in perfect condition when it needs 4 new ties or so far my favorite was a trailer that needed 4 drums, 4 pads, 4 springs, 4 tires, and 3 lights, but the previous driver that dropped it said nothing was wrong with the trailer. That trailer lost me $4000 in revenue because it took Schneider 2 days to repair it and wouldn't take me off the load so I could try and pick up the rest of my pre-planned loads for that week.

If Prime had a load board like Schneider does, I would go back in a heart beat!!! I just was done dealing with dispatchers, I am enjoying choising where I go and knowing what my next week or so of loads look like so I can plan my hours and such accordingly.
