"Plugger's" the handle ... Tanker Yanker out of Northeastern Pennsylvania. Currently doing local hauling; but have run the gauntlet of OTR ... solo & team, Regional and local. Logged over 1 million miles as of late spring w/ no tickets or accidents ... 'scuse me while I knock on the old nogg'n.
:smt024 I found you guys while searching for info on local logging requirements. I'm not against compliance or work; I just don't believe in doing more than necessary.
I used to be an Engineer/Admin geek who worked out of a corporate cubical (like Dilbert) in Chicago; but found my way into trucking when faced with the option of living in a cardboard box up under the Freedom Bridge; compliments of a few angry creditors.
I have always had respect for the American trucker; but not like I have now after experiencing the challenges of this profession first hand. :smt023
I'm not a fan of the commerce-driven regulations imposed in the name of "safety"; but am a lesser fan of trouble and fines.
