So heres what i get from your story.
You were paying on time. Paccar financial "accidentally " created a duplicate account . 2 accounts with 1 vin. The original account was setup for auto withdrawal from your bank. But when the duplicate account was created by accident . The original account went inactive and the duplicate account with no bank information went active. You missed two payments because of this and they repod your truck.

Here's the thing though. Why didnt you call paccar financial when you noticed no payment was deducted. Secondly paccar usually calls and try to work with you when you miss your first payment. Specially in these times when used trucks are not selling and they would rather keep the loan ongoing than to repo,recondition and try to sell a truck in a dead market.

 

Ok we found in June when we try to make payment . They find they make 2 accounts with one vin number. They accept there mistake because they ask us 2 payment for duplicate account then we find out. They tell they gonna fix . But when I try to make July payment they said my account is not set up. And after my phone call they took our truck. They return our payment and they stop taking payment for my another truck. Those are automatic payment

 

I also agree with with you . They call till June. But after no call at all.

Obviously a foreign driver, can’t type a coherent statement. Always someone else’s fault.
