I heard Bulkamatic recently picked up an account we ran for years out of Baltimore/Paulsboro NJ. Last time I was at our Paulsboro yard there were 7 or 8 dry bulk tanks parked there. Don't know much about the company but they have some new business in that area.

You sure seem to jump ship a lot, my advice; find something and stick with it a while, just a few weeks back you were pumped on your new jam up live bottom job, what happened?

LoL I decided to get my Doubles and triples plus tankers to expand my horizon. I am picky but I want to be sure when I get into something I am going to stick around for a while.... the walking floor gig was cool but waking up all sorts of hours 2 am to be done at 8pm and do it over again wasn't something I was impressed with. While training the trainer also had 2 different log books running illegal because of lack of sleep he hardly could kep both eyes open at times I caught him with only one eye open driving 70mph :biggrin_2554: He didn't know one word of english, luckily I am fluent in English and Spanish. The company was making the drivers run illegal. Their trucks was all beat to death. I guess it wasn't something I wanted to risk my license for. I had a great time learning what to do and not to do. :biggrin_25524: That was the first place I went to check out, you make it seem like I had 10000892898 different gigs lol. Is it a crime that I want to check out all aspects of trucking, that is why I got endorsements now so I can chose what I like to do and make it a career.

It's not a crime, but it's also not good to paint your resume with a ton of jobs, especially not this day in age. I don't fault you for trying to find a good gig, just saying be aware of the questions that will rise when a reputable company finally decides to give you a chance but wants to know why you've had so many jobs in the past? As far as pneumatic, I've done it in the past and I'm not a big fan of it, you're out in all sorts of weather, constantly monitoring pressure, trying to not clog your line, making sure you don't blow the tops off of the customer's silo, making sure you're even in the right silo; just a few of things that turned me off from the job.

Everything has their ups and downs, it's like saying another mans garbage can be another mans treasure. I wasn't hired with that company to begin with all I did was go out with a trainer, They never put me on the pay roll all they wanted me is ready so they could finally put me down as one of their drivers. Thanks for the heads up though. I have a couple of open opportunities that came knocking all of a sudden I applied to about 100 places that I felt would be worth while, if one of those spots hire me, and train me the right way while running legal, and the pay is good I will become dedicated to that one position until then I will be asking questions and keep applying lol
