I would tell the truth about everything on your APP. Don't lie or you may find yourself on a bus home. be honest and if it was meant for you to get the job you will. I know they will over look this since it was such a long time ago. Heck I ran into a driver the other day that was on parole.
I could not believe what I heard...The Challenger Thanks this. -
Be honest on your application as Bluebonn suggested. Lying can get you disqualified in a new york minute.

LOL, a sailor with a drunk and disorderly charge, thats like a cat with whiskers.
Just joshin' ya, I was an A-ganger on a fast boat and couple of Tridents (this is submariner talk if you're lost) in the pre-9/11 era, back when Clinton was in office.
As far as your criminal record, I wouldn't sweat it. There are plenty of drivers with records, even some with DUIs
he11 my uncle was driving for UPS when he got his FIFTH DUI and finally lost his license. I would list it if I were you and if they look and don't find anything then they will probably just gloss over it.
Good luck to ya, hope to see ya out there soon. -
What job are you applying for?
Truck driver?
The application usually only asks about incidents going back 10 years, and trucking companies seldom look any further than that. -
Just answer what they ask. Don't volunteer any info. You'll be fine.
