Pop Quiz

I just got to the yard now. This is the first snow that caught me on the road this winter. I wasn't expecting it. It doesn't bother me since I started driving in winter time and typically take my summers off and push it hard during winter in "emergency loads". But this one was unexpected and Annoying.

Got a guy is Missoula,Oh. Told him to be careful but he said it's clear over there. Not sure where it is, Ohio ohysically doesn't allow my loose leafs log book to have enough pages to get there lol

Lol there is a town in Michigan where they only have one factory. I seriously think they raise kids in that place. 24/7 they work and half the town is like a big play ground for trucks and manufacturing. Friendly people tho!

 

^^^ there are so many clear spots here in Ohio I was like WTF when i hit the home town. Not sure where Missoula is. . . .maybe Massilon?

Jenni is hiring, out of United Precast. I run her stuff OS/OD if and when I have to, but their trailers SUCK. I've taken a 3x refused load on a Sunday with the Family to CLE ... downtown for the subways, and it HOPPED ... almost off the trailer. Thank God for the xtra ####uff in the rack.

Forget all that math,trucking is far from consistent.some days you'll drive other days drive a couple hrs to your destination.unload then drive to shipper get loaded and by the time you're done you may have just enough time to find a place and call it a day.Loads dictate your hours.
