You can buy noco from autoZone. O'Reilly might have em also.
Walmart has everstart. Noco. Schumacher and other brands.
You can find anything anywhere.
The noco does say to wait 30 seconds before cranking.
I'd imagine any brand would be that way. Gives the batteries a chance to charge up before cranking.
You need thick cables.
I'm surprised that device worked at all.

I bought a 2000 amp Schumacher unit after a road service guy used one to jump start my diesel pickup that would barely click the starter on its own. Not cheap, but worth every penny.
