Depending on where you go a new e-model or accert will be around 1600 1500 straight out but up to 3-4 tenths. Detroits and Cummins are exchange and will run anywhere 800 you 900 for the work plus a core charge. Some Detroits will run quarter to half mile depending out style Cummins about the same. Full Tilt or Bruce and Pittsburgh power will be able to hook you up. I know a lot of guys who have used them and loved them. They say they pay for them in a third of the year.

PDI is making their own manifolds for the C-15/C-16 and the Acert's. This manifold is cast out of the same material the turbo housing are, so the don't crack in the center section. They're also flowing more than a stock manifold is after porting, they also are ceramic coated...........cost last I heard was around $1500 for a brand new ceramic coated high flow manifold

The Ported and polished PDI's are for Full Tilt Performance. PDI will sell just a stock cast Manifold. You also can pick them up from Bruce. The PDI's are warranted for life that it wont break on you through Full Tilt. -
Yeah, Pitts Powers manifold is PDI's manifold but ceramic coated. I have one out of the box from PDI without ceramic coating and it works awesome. Later I bought the Stage 3 Big Boss and replaced my holset turbo from Pitts Power and did the big ecm upgrade thats the 950hp tune. It runs excellent and no heat. I plan on getting their Big Boss Air Cooler later.

How does their Acert manifold work? Seems to me that would be a worthwile upgrade, because the stock Acert manifold is pretty small.Do they have any better exhaust sleeves to go in the head, the Cat ones don't hold up too well.I've seen one crammed up in the exhaust housing of an Acert turbo.Seems there has to be a better way.....

The PDI acerts are not bigger in diameter as in port opening. You are still keeping the velocity but will get more airflow. Full tilt is getting another 250 CFM of air through them and still keeps the turbo spooling up. Most guys pick up 2-3 tenths with them. But what is nice is that they are overall thicker and the turbo studs are much stronger then cats stock studs. If you ever had problems blowing turbo gaskets or studs this will fix it.

Fitted the manifold I polished and ceramic coated today, will report back with results once it has done a couple of days work.

Update, spoke to the owner today, he said engine comes up on boost quicker and more responsive. Will take a few weeks to get some good fuel economy figures.
