Pos company reported I quit under dispatch

    This is not true. This company ran California to Kentucky and back. They wanted all trucks to be team trucks when I hired, told them i would only run solo there were like 5 or 6 solo drivers. Anyways, coming back to California and dispatch said I was on a team next run out, I reiterated what i said at hire, they said no you are teaming or you don't go out. Ok I said should I empty the truck? Yes we'll call you. We'll I got my current job and just seen quit under dispatch, can i have this removed?

    There is a challenge process to get it off your record. Beyond that, just explain what happened to new employer and let it fall where it will..

    May I ask why you went ahead and worked for this company after being told upon hire they were a solo company?
    What company are you talking about?

    Hey most employer don't really care about those things. I started with the CRST out of Iowa and they put me with this African-American crazy people and team driver doesn't want to drive when his time to drive come .he want to park and party and drink alcohol and all that crazy stuff but when my time comes he doesn't want me to even take a coffee break basically living off of my driving time so I decided to quit working with this garbage. They put it on my record that I quit and nobody cares . most small company don't check and I don't even include I ever work for that company in my record but either way it doesn't matter.

    They never said i had to run teams around first, they changed their mind. It is a small company out of California. I won't bother trying to remove i have been this company for 2 years so I just thought it was odd that it came up on the report as quit

    Ok , that makes sense. When first reading I had the impression teaming was their thing.
