It just goes to show you the quality of people that make their way into trucking.
Most are uneducated, possibly drop outs and just plain ignorant. That is the kind of people these megas prey on, because they know they can.

Not to point fingers at anyone of course, but that doesn't give anyone the right to pass judgement on anyone else on this site when none of us are in any position to.
Well, what also tends to happen is one of the classic catch 22's, which is how does one get a job without experience, and how does one get experience without a job.
Enter the ones willing to put people through a school for a king's ransom, payable after you start working.

I don't think it's always a bad thing to start out working for a bottom feeder outfit. When you get screwed over once or twice, get treated like c##p and work for low pay you tend to develop thicker skin and an appreciation for the good company that will eventually hire you once you've put your time in.

Not make a living? Not be able to pay your bills? Ya, I can see that. Starve? Nope, food is easy enough to come by. Just dont see it unless a person is really just to lazy to try to survive. -

Some of the "biggins" need about 800 a week just to eat on.
