That's the kind they are looking for. When someone says that they are ready to finance you driver training and in a month or 2 turn you loose with $125,000 worth of equipment and God only knows the value of any given load and requires no credit, work, or criminal background checks a bell ought to go off. Don't know about Granny. But I can read and have seen about 98% negative to positive on CRE. And not only here. All truck blogs, ripoff report, BBB, etc. All drivers bi tch about all companies, but not like they do about CRE, Werner, JB Hunt, and a handful of other bottom feeders. But they know there will always be the group that is so desperate or "smart" enough to show everyone that they could cut it. I don't wish bad luck on anyone, but don't come crying if you were forewarned about getting Mr. Stiffie and went ahead and bent over.:biggrin_25513:

"EVERYONE'S EXPERIENCES ARE DIFFERENT IN LIFE"

For those that don't know Rolling thunder, I emailed him last night, and we had some words. He's right, I'm wrong. Let the guy go and find out for himself. Yeah recuiter, whatever, he's single and no dummy. He's enjoying the experience, whether it's right or wrong, he's an adult, and resourceful, believe me if i know My billy boy, he can take it, and give it back.

It is rough to not know anybody in a strange place and helps to make friends.

Hey Rolling Thunder, it's your pal Bug from LI!
I started my training with Prime on Feb 3rd, I too have read and heard negative things about this co.,but i have talked with some good folks who actually work for them! I had tried the Schneider way about a year ago and didn't do well with them, never got my CDL either! But a year later I'm back with a CDL and a new company and i will make it this time! It's been a hard road, but i'm a hard-headed "kraut" don't tell me i'm not good enough or can't do something lol! I've had my problems out there, stuck rig in mud, and recently lost my wallet at a t/s in upstate NY! But i'm going back out there and finish this thing, stay foucused and keep sight of your goals! I'm pulling for ya dude, one newbie to another! Keep posting, I'm home for a few more days with a computer, stay safe bug-out!:biggrin_25525:

You hang in there too. Anything is hard until you get used to it. You only get experience, by doing it.
Many forget there first time out there. You don't know till you try, it's a rough business.
    good luck

I used to wish I was in my 30's again,........ until I read some of Billy's posts. Now I'm quite contend with my age.

Why are you "eyeballing" these posts Ma? What are you expecting to find?

I wonder if anyone forwarded Billy's latest posts to the folks behind the metal detectors at C.R. England? I'll bet they'd be interested in reading them. :biggrin_25523:

What else does someone need to convince them that they might be walking into a minefield without a metal detector?

But since this is a positive thread I will say that they have some of the best looking company equipment I have seen on the road out here in the west.

Heck I can answer that for sure. ENTERTAINMENT. I know rolling thunder for years, and I find your motives, entertaining. Now what do I tell him to do, GO HOME. That's like telling Donald trump not to build another building. The way your going at that boy is like he was the TALBAN or something. It's his coin there brother, and his life. Now he ain't changing his mind. I'm just going to keep Eyeballing this here post for sure. He's a friend and that's plain and simple. Now why don't you get the governor there and send him to salt lake and Ionize the place just to make you happy. Just don't be standing in front of the gun, or you'll go with it. Sunny side up partner
