If you get caught in a tractor trailer with marijuana and havent been charged yet and try and find a new job will it show up on a background check or driving record?

Weed in a commercial vehicle.....my my my.....these guys are gonna come on here and crucify you. It will eventually show up, but some companies are going to want to know if you're awaiting trial or have pe doing criminal charges. You may have to wait till you get past all of your court proceedings. The question is, did you get caught by a local cop or by a state trooper? The wording will be different on your record.

It does not matter. IF you are convicted (When you are...) you have to report to your employer. Who will at that point fire you.

So say this has happened and you have been fired and havent had a court date yet and havent been charged yet and then look for a job immediately after will it show up on a background check or driving record
