I never knew that,my car is topped at 85.I thought todays cars are much lower then 133.But none the less anyone who goes that high rate of speed is playing Russian roulette and in my opinion no lawyer should take a case like that.

Well, you are stupid. You said it yourself. Be lucky you weren't in Ohio you would have been staying at the gray bar motel. Had a friend top 99 in 65 and he got 1 year sentence for wreckless driving and 3 years suspended, or forfeiture of his license forever, and if ever caught driving would have to do all 4 years. He got to choose. He chose 2nd one and to this day his mom takes him everywhere
BobcatVolvo Thanks this. -
My truck used to go 140 when I hung out the window and sprayed ether in the air intake. Anchor Motor Freight ran such piles of #####, the cops felt bad and let me go.

I think you're done for a while.
Next question! -
I seriously hope you see some jail time. At that speed, one tiny thing goes wrong and you're dead along with probably several people behind you.

Out here in the West there are quite a few places with virtually no traffic and really really long straight stretches of desert highway.
With the right car you could do 200 mph and not be at risk for yourself or others.
The only real risk would be finding a bored lonesome deputy out in the middle of nowhere lol.
A Corvette Z06 and some lonesome back road in Nevada comes to mind.
Heck even some of the main highways are pretty empty, I took this pic from my Harley on US95 somewhere between Tonopah and Pahrump.
