Possible death penalty case

That driver is saying nothing because he knows nothing. He's also 100% the person responsible for those people's deaths. The drug cartels have done a lot of terrible things (like a whole lot) but this wasn't one of them. This was the driver.

NOBODY ELSE HAS ANY RESPONSABILTY???? ARE YOU INSANE?????

WHAT ABOUT THE PEOPLE TRYING TO ENTER OUR COUNTRY ILLEGALY??? I DOUBT THEY WERE FORCED INTO THAT TRAILER!

Their first act in our country in illegal, they obviously have no respect for our laws. Within a month they will have food stamps and Medicaid. Within a year they file a phony tax return claiming 14 children living in another country with a deceased parent and receive a HUGE refund check for taxes they never paid. Within two years each of those children will be receiving SSA survivor benefits. We will borrow the money from Japan and China to pay them. In 15 years their kids will start ripping down statues, and start riots and vote for some liberal puke.

I SAY CHALK IT UP AS A GROUP OF CRIMINALS WHO DIED DURING A CRIME, PUT THEM IN A HOLE AND MOVE ON. THEY ARE CRIMINALS!!!!!

They were criminals!! especially anyone who took their children into those trailers. We have immigration laws, they broke them. We have child endangerment laws, they broke them. They flood our borders and complain about everything, they fight for more liberal laws here but lack the courage to fight for better conditions in their own countries. Most are cowards and opportunists, they rape our country and send the proceeds overseas. GET REAL. Are you saying you defend someone who drags an innocent child into a deadly situation without regard for their safety? Where is your humanity?

 

Gets one to thinking, How many die in transport no one knows about and how many actually make it? why does anyone one involved take the risk at all knowing what awaits?

But here's another factor: these people bring over their infants with them. Supposedly for a "better life" but they are doing them a huge disservice. They will be raised like Americans, think like American, they might not even speak their native tongue, but they'll be 2nd class citizens in both this country and whatever country they came from.

These people are putting their own children into a no-win scenario.

 

The financial gains possible by ripping off our government are enticing, and it's easier than fighting to change their country of origin.
