Apparently, you weren't authorized, by your company, to go to jail.

OK troops, I'm gonna make this plain and simple for all of you saying "You gotta wait for dispatch permission to go home, eat, shower, crap or whatever you need to do."

YOU ARE NOT OWNED BY YOUR DISPATCHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You are a free American Adult, and it would be nice if some of you would REMEMBER THAT!!! No dispatcher gives me permission for anything. That is the truth. Yes, there are times when freight schedules interfere with my desires, but that is the fact of the industry and places responsible adults in untenable positions at times. However, once my responsibilities for the week have concluded I'm done and gone for the house. I inform dispatch that I'm done and when I'll be back at it, NOT the other way around! Why? Because I am no one's property, that's why!

For the love of Mike, develop a blasted spine the pack of you!
