That might be a perfect fit if I can get in because I've wanted to be a suicide jockey since I got my CDL. Not sure how long it will take me to get endorsed since I know hazmat takes forever with finger printing and all the bs hoops you gotta jump through to get it but I heard tanker is pretty easy and can be done pretty quickly. I had a backing accident a while ago that might effect my chances of getting hired, I had to blindside in to a extremely tight spot and accidentally bumped a trailer and tore off the hydro box on it and cracked the reefer door. Even if I can't get in to hauling fuel I'm sure there's no shortage of food grade companies in the central valley that would be happy to get me in a truck.

I have a news flash for you - If they have not paid you in over a month, they are not going to pay you. Getting your haz-mat is not that difficult, you make the appointment, get fingerprinted, get approved, take the test, done! You, my friend, are on the road to where every misstep in life is someone else's fault. Make up your mind to get your s together and make positive things happen!

I don't know if this one is any good or not; you can go check it out. Some driver posted 2 or 3 yrs. ago he was running back and forth from Fresno to Florida.

Driver Services or Driver Temp to Perm Placement Services (The FREE Ones) usually require at minimum, 18 Months Experience, Road, Local or Combination.

IF the "Backing Accident" was a recorded event and is on your DAC (from what You stated about that one employer), it'll be some time to "clear" and most if not all potential Employers will ask about it.

Get Out And Look, regardless of Backing Angle yet ESPECIALLY WHEN BLIND SIDE, which would have prevented the "Accident w/ Damages"!!
MANY OF US have exited the Truck MANY TIMES when Blind Side backing, ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT!!
It's called Cover Your Action or Control Your Approach.

    THANKS, CHEERS!!

Put in a app then give em a call, the fuel industry loves ex military/army… going off of your handle… Don’t go into it expecting to be turned down a lot of fuel companies are lacking for qualified drivers that want to do it… you do way less work than foodservice

If you go in for an interview be sure not to use that term. It makes management very nervous. ;)
