Did you ever get a copy of your DAC report to verify the information?
If the stuff on there is wrong, you can dispute it.
Problem is, dac or not, the company will most likely respond the same way when doing the legally required background check.
Possibly finding another job with a termination

In my DAC report it says company policy violation but when companies call or whatever to verify they are being told that I damaged equipment, abondend the truck, and stole company property.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

That sucks. Get all your endorsements and look local Mom and Pop. Will usually be a much better situation.Another Canadian driver Thanks this.

Another Term Companies Have Used:
"Unauthorized Use Of Equipment". It's Vague.
UPDATE??Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
Supposedly I stole over 2k worth of fuel and a people net tablet out of the truck which is funny because my truck was an older one and didn't even have a people jet tablet in it for me to steal lol.Another Canadian driver and Val_Caldera Thank this.

I, ONCE, short time, worked at Hogan Transport in Salisbury, NC., Thru An Account With Transforce Driver Services in Greensboro, NC, Latter '18.
Hogan somehow labeled Me As THEIR Employee on DAC With A Termination For Something. Hogan Refused To Eliminate it.
I Notified DAC/HireRight (Tulsa, OK.) and "problem" went away.
I've also Had Some Changes For Other Companies that installed nefarious Info.

As I stated before, your area is the problem. If you were willing to leave CA, we'd hire you, as we don't give DAC much stock when it comes to certain companies/entries.
The Midwest is calling...Another Canadian driver Thanks this. -
I just got married, why would I want to leave my wife and kid behind just for a stupid truck driving job. Plus I couldn't afford to leave anyway even if I wanted to, not everybody is well off and can afford to pack up and leave whenever they feel like it. I'm happy not driving a truck anymore anyway. I don't have to be on the road away from my family, I get to sleep in my own bed and not a nasty truck stop, I don't have to deal with idiot dispatchers, annoying brokers blowing my phone up every 5 mibutes for an update,, super truckers, four 4 wheelers, shippers and receivers, Swift drivers that can barely hold a steering wheel and drive straight, ELD's, crap pay, and I enjoy having a life that doesn't revolve around holding a steering wheel being in a truck almost 24/7 365. I think Dhaliwal did me a favorAnother Canadian driver, surf_avenue, nredfor88 and 1 other person Thank this.
