Sounds good. Similar concept to a "bottom tarp". Big blue throwaway tarp on the deck, load on top, throw ropes over the top to pull up the blue tarp. Then tarp over the whole thing.

That's an ugly job to tarp!!! I'm not sure I carry enough padding for that thing?

I think l would draw the line at that. I see shredded tarps regardless of carpet and a billowing parachute behind you lol How far are you from the yard?

Good job! Better man than me ;) when l would have loads and days like that l would usually tell my boss that l had my letter of resignation already written in my head. I worked for the same guy long enough so that was enough of a hint to give me some jam for a while :)

Looks good. On those deals hopfully the company gives you a heads up it's going to be a doozie of a tarp job. That way you can grab some extra padding from the yard.

I like using some 1" ratchet straps on those real tall loads. Really helps with the ballooning.

    Logan76 Thanks this.

I just happened to grab a Machine tarp ( yellow tarp) from the yard in oak creek on Saturday, had i not grabbed it, this thing wouldn't had been tarped like this. I thin my next trip back to a yard, ill grab another machine tarp and 2 lumber tarps, and just get rid of my steel tarps.
