    Ca and 53' 3 axle trailers....Would need a permit wouldn't I?
    Like I said, I walked away after telling them what I thought about it all.

    Yep kingpin permit would of been needed

    The load would have to "justify" the trailer size on the permit application

    Drop it and hook onto this one with the neck up. If not, then the 2 axles only have another 6" of neck than this, so would be a no go.

    And you want to see some of the stuff they put on there when I get a Ca permit....Every load is 70-80,000lbs! lol

    I know where there is a 3 axle with the 3rd axle a flip... Just don't flip the neck down under a 45,000lb load, it starts to make the shape of a V, and the bottom pins for the flip are so wore out that you might be able to get two pins in one hole.

    There is 68k here for Monday going to CA but I can't scale it without my lift axle down and still hasn't been measured
