If you got rid of one tank and you are doing the run to Houston and back at least Texas has some more reasonable fuel prices most of the time at least at some of the independents and QT etc.

Would be nice to have a box in place of one tank. For me there are times I run somewhere and everyone is high dollar so I carry some in so I can get back out without paying near $4 or higher per gallon.

It actually wouldn't be bad just putting a baby tank on that side. And putting a box behind it. I dunno, I got time. Prolly not gonna paint it until late fall.

Yeah, local guy. Does all the log trucks around. However, I'm working pretty hard on relocating.......to the midwest....lol. so if that happens, I'm back at square 1. If I get a shop built, maybe do it myself. I dunno. Just alot of things up in the air right now. I'm gonna do white metallic with blue pearl. Guy said around $12k with the frame sand blasted and painted aswell. Pete in missoula wanted $30k and they were out for a year.

I don’t know how far you want to travel but there’s two really good places in Kansas. Jeremy’s in Sterling and Quality Body in Hutchinson. They’re about 20 minutes apart and I’ve seen some amazing work by both places.

Right on, thanks. Looking at places in Mo now. Just hard buying a place 2k miles away from your current place in this market. By the time I route myself to look at them.....they're gone! Sucks.

What's the attraction to MO versus Idaho?

Places that are comparable to mine at 1/4 the price. Plus be in a much better freight lane.
