That board probably came out of Grand Forks or Castlegar, BC. Those people are one of my regulars for eastbound when I have trucks out there. I wish they’d let me out of the mill with loads like that though. They put 50k fbm on us.

 

Truck looks like it has a tramcor type paint pattern.

WI to MO. It was a Menard's DC. I know they have horrendous wait times, and don't pay detention, so I never go there. But as I was declining the load, and telling them why, they said things had slowed down, and they were only loading fifteen trucks today. So I took a chance. Not terrible I guess. Had to load in two different spots, and took about three hours total. But if that's a "slow day", I'll never be back. No F'n way.

CRST forklift broke down at a Walmart 60 miles away..

No power, so no mast rearward retraction to fit in the pocket of their trailer ramp/cage on the end of the trailer, so onto my deck and then to theirs.

This was an in & out for me.

I do stuff like this all the time.
Several mega companies are our clients.

I enjoy thoroughly the left-field jobs.

 

More blue stuff going 5 miles down the road. Just wish it wasn't 50 miles to get to the job from home. Spend more time getting to and from the job than we do on the job.
