I'm gonna guess they are used to get hay ready to bail?

 

I would guess vegetables or peanuts, nothing to do with hay.

It's got to be something for a tall row crop

 

You guys really can't tell what they are? It's easy, they are farm implements!

 

Looks to me like something they would use in cranberry fields or rice fields when flooded.
