There is so much one could add!!
As for the work related hardware,,, for penatrant/lubricant I like Zep 45, hands down number one.... PB blaster is not far down my list, but below Marvel Mystery oil. WD40 is, well, Limited, it don't seem to cut the mustard..
For lubricant and rust prevention I like Fluid Film, it really hangs around and is some slippery ####, makes things work really smooth, and doesn't seem to hurt paint or rubber like some other products.
As for your other needs, wire pulling lubricant! large quantity containers, non toxic, non staining,,,, cheaper than your other suggestions!!! and makes hog snot seem like a traction aid!Dye Guardian Thanks this. -
I like PB blaster also. I just use the WD40 Or CRC Lube liberally while out on the road to keep them from rusting and seizing up while hanging on the back of my headache rack. Not sure why I keep buying WD40,. I guess because its cheap. LOL
The side boxes on my trailer are pretty full with other gear,.. so the only option would be to store them on the rack or under my bunk. I'm really hoping they will be durable and last exposed to the weather. If they become problematic,.. I'll just resort back to my snap binders. They are like old Mack truck.

Mine hang on the headache rack year round. If I know it will be a week or so before I need them again I will use a little 90w on the threads before threading them all the way in. PB blaster and Free All are 2 other products that we use.Hurst Thanks this.

They wanted to put 70,000 lbs on one trailer at first.... (85k lbs load)

MJ1657 Thanks this. -
I hope you laughed heartily at them.
Also, where's the Cascadia? -
I still need to soak my ratchets in diesel. Pb blaster for those and graphite for pad locks.
-
It was in for service so I had the joy of driving that manual trans truck to pick up the load... It reminded me what being a truck driver feels like! I'm back in the Cascadia now.
Here's my proof for you.
