Things kind of went nuts everywhere at the same time. Waterloo had a big ship hold that lifted. Seeding had a big ship hold that lifted. The weather has been a #######. I am trying to figure out if it is long term or just a blip on the radar. 2 months ago all the fright was for those with the cheapest rates.

Haul as much as possible as fast as possible and get it while its good! That's how it was for me over at the chrome CO with the cotton machines going out to Tacoma and down to Galveston. When those things were being built it was go go go and we would be going back and forth as fast as possible! Some of the guys there would do it 6 weeks at a time then go home just because how much money we would make in those times, especially on the legal step loads of the accessories for the cotton machines! I sure do miss it but the wife likes me being home! Gotta trade one for the other I guess!

The second of two loads I delivered today. All I had to do was make sure they got there in one piece then drop them and let some poor schlep stand around tomorrow unloading and stacking trailers, I have bigger fish to fry.

I think the same about new cars, where do they all go?

This is a conversation I was having with a guy. Between him and I I'm sure we've hauled enough strip til rigs to supply most of the SE. And we just keep taking more. And there are no used ones in the lot. Scrap metal maybe?
