I’m not sure if this is accurate or not. But freight waves says sleeper drivers make up to .96 cpm. Say a team runs 250,000 miles a year that’s 240,000. Split is 120,000. That’s not 200,000. Unless you want to include the benefits. Which I think someone said was valued at $55,000. So that would be $175,000.
But to claim that’s pay is a little disingenuous. Unless you specify total compensation. And that is for top driversLtlAnonymous Thanks this. -

We like many others are experiencing a bit of a slowdown as related to the overall economy in general.
The new buster brown contract will bode well in our negotiations at years end.
Normal 2500 dollar gross weeks are now 2000. But we seem to be getting busier.
Year to date week ending July 16 is a bit over 71K. Didn't work the holiday but still expect to eclipse last years 134K.
Have already paid $734 in those pesky union dues this year.
Am also repaying a 15K 401 loan at $250 per week so there's that.

My buddy showed me his paycheck for a four-day (and eight hours) run that bounces around to five different terminals, and it was $3,300. So they're making $750-800 a day.
I saw the checks.
Indeed also claims that feeder drivers make $32.48 per hour, so...take that with a grain of salt.De Trucker, gentleroger and Jubal Early Times Thank this. -
