Those look like our new highway patrol cars (OPP - Ontario Provincial Police)... They just went to that style of paint job a few years ago.... Where were these going?

 

These cars were made in St. Thomas, ON.
All the California units were railed out, so I'm assuming he picked those up in a rail head?

If they are CHP, then they should have a ballistic panel in the front doors.
Nasty if the wind closes the door on your leg....ouch!

 

That load was a bout 4 years a go picked them up from the Mira Loma rail head in Cali
