Thank you. It's 2006, formerly a Melton fleet truck. Acert C15 435hp with a Bullydog pup, 13sp, 3.36 axles, LP 22.5s and 570k miles on the clock. This year, I have averaged 6.52mpg to date. I gained 0.9mpg with the BD pup.

That's all I got for now, but I'll keep taking pics as I come across interesting stuff. Thanks.

My broker/dispatcher always tells us to tarp them but I never have unless I'm going through his house on the way!! Besides, if they steal'em they are taking the truck and trailer, so whats the point ya know. I usually can get them steady out of Az or El Paso to CT. I love the drop is CT as they are 24/7 except 5 holidays, which makes it SWEET!!!!

Keep the pics coming. I have a video I'm trying to edit together from when I dropped that Airplane but not sure if I can upload video tot he site.

They took the weakest point which in his case was the binder which was rated for like 5400# so by that measurement he would have needed 3 chains (2.3 chains to be exact) per coil and he only had 2. What got him was normally he hauls everything shotgun which always has 2-4 chains and a strap over the top. But this place needed them suicide so he used the usual 2 chains but no strap. They allowed him to fix it on site and the fine was only $100, I would have done the same thing so I paid his fine.

E&R is where we used to buy all our Wilson flats when we used to have the lumber contract. I like the fact that the price you pay is posted on each trailer FET included, no haggling. Hooking up with MAC for flatbeds was one of the best moves they made, that's where we ordered the one we just got, we usually deal with Jerry. The Double A salesman stops by about once a month trying to sell me a Reitnouer. I like to harass him so I tell him I'll consider it when Bud builds a trailer the way I want it, not how he thinks I want it. One thing about MAC, they'll do whatever you want as long as your writing the check, the way it should be.:biggrin_2559:

Nothing exciting, and it's been a while since I've hauled sod but it's where I got my start in trucking and this photo brings back some memories for me.
