Nothing even out of Baltimore??? BTW that is sad

 

I've been noticing that lately too, all the loads going to FL are very very cheap. I could understand if we were pulling vans or reefer trucks with the produce season in swing, but flatbed freight has just taken a dive here lately. I've made more doing local moves than I would have running to FL and back.

 

Yeah it's been tough for me to get in to FL this year. I had a real hard time finding FL inbound from Chicago about a month ago. Ended up taking an IA-GA. I don't know if it's carrier specific or a general trend, but it sucks trying to be home on a weekly basis. I have some gravy coming up soon, though, and that will help.

Don't you just love days like that. I had the same opportunity today, but the load that was offered to me was a 15' wide OS load going to Lousianna.

After all the wonderful routing they gave meon the 12' wide load I brought down, i politely declined lol
