There are just too many tires on there for me to deal with. I'd need a 10hr break after just checking all the air pressures each day LOL

Seems like a good plan. I am sure after you work it for a while you will start to evaluate the potential for return loads. In other words, 2.50/mi to North Carolina is probably a whole lot better than 3.00/mi to ND.SHC and The Challenger Thank this.

Yeah, PTI's are no fun... What is fun, is rolling into the TA with a nail in one of my tires to be fixed. The tech asking me which one is it.... He has a one in thirty chance of guessing right..

Moved a couple of these this week; 12' W x 60' L (shack only) x 16' H
It gets fun when you meet one of these on the two-lane (which is all of the trip), or a lease road (24' W x ####, that's tall).
Didn't meet that one with this load, but did meet it and 14 of its brothers in about 50 miles on the two-lane today.aiwiron Thanks this. -
I'm working on trying to figure it out, it's just taking some time and footwork, but things are coming around.
Problem is that these loads go to where-ever the govt sends them, so I am also at their mercy. If this agent will work with me on getting the ones going to good freight areas, then i have no problem biting the bullet and going to a bad area like ND/MT and so-on every few months for him. -
Me being happy having a smoke-tarp...
aiwiron Thanks this. -
Nice smoke tarp!!

It's a bikini.

It is interesting...you have to treat the agents like they are your customers. I guess if you are getting the right rate on the way out it doesn't matter where you are going.
